We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in price during the current billing period. If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using RiskGen, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assess each case individually and may offer a full or partial refund, service credit, or extended subscription period at our discretion.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights beyond those set out in this policy.
